The challenge was to create a user-friendly platform that connects patients with doctors, while ensuring secure transactions and an efficient user experience across web and mobile devices.
We built a comprehensive platform featuring a Mobile Application for both Android & IOS. The solution included secure API integrations for online consultations, a robust e-commerce system for medicine purchases, and a seamless user interface designed to enhance the overall healthcare experience.
Online doctor consultations are easily accessible through the Healthlink platform, allowing users to book appointments, connect with healthcare professionals via video or chat, and receive medical advice from home. The system integrates with various healthcare providers, ensuring users can find and book appointments with specialists tailored to their needs.
The integrated e-commerce system allows users to order medicines directly through the app. Prescriptions can be uploaded, and users can choose from various payment options, including digital wallets, credit/debit cards, and UPI. The platform ensures fast and secure delivery, providing a hassle-free experience for purchasing medicines.
Healthlink offers a personal health dashboard, where users can manage their health records, track consultations, and monitor medicine orders. This feature provides a centralised view of all healthcare activities, ensuring users have easy access to their medical history and upcoming appointments, enhancing the continuity of care.
